Submit Required Documents
Please send the following to begin the process:
• Autism diagnosis report
• All insurance cards the child has (primary and secondary), send front and back of all cards
Insurance Verification
Once we receive the documents:
• We submit the insurance for verification
• This process takes up to about 1 week
• We will notify you whether the child qualifies for ABA services
Submit Required Documents
If insurance coverage is confirmed:
• We begin the authorization process with the insurance company
• This step usually takes about 2 weeks
Initial Assessment
Once authorization is approved:
• A BCBA schedules an initial assessment with the child • This evaluation determines the treatment plan and service needs Scheduling can happen as quickly as availability allows
Treatment Plan Submission
After the assessment:
• The BCBA writes the clinical treatment plan • The plan is submitted to insurance for approval • This process takes approximately 2 weeks
Staffing
Services Begin
• ABA therapy begins 1 to 1 with the child • Services are supervised by a BCBA
